To book a session, go to “Book Now” and fill out a form. It will take you about 2 minutes to complete. Then wait for a confirmation email before proceeding with the payment. We suggest arriving early and even having a drink nearby to get the most out of the experience in a relaxed state of mind.

We suggest you to book at least two weeks in advance. We can try to accommodate last minute bookings, but in this case, we cannot guarantee the photographer of your choice.

Please drop us a note if you are short in time as we might still be able to fit you in as a last minute job 😉

It can be only you or your whole big family! Keep in mind that to ensure a minimum number of photos for each person you must book the 60 minutes package in case your group exceeds the 5 people. If you have 10 or more people in your group we suggest you to book the two hours package. If you have a long list of must have shots email us for customized photoshoots.

Of course! When you have chosen your favourite photographer check their availability in the book now form.

We understand unpredictable things can happen, that’s why we suggest arriving early or even before the shoot (have a drink nearby and get the opportunity to relax, don’t get stressed before your shooting session. If you are delayed please text or call your photographer. If you arrive late, keep in mind your photographer may have another shoot booked right after, and it’s unlikely your shoot can be extended (although it’s always possible, so please ask!).

If you arrive late for your session, any time that has passed from your original start time will be forfeited, and you may shoot for the remainder of the time you have booked.

There is no bad weather for shooting photographs and capturing great moments. Just bring a nice umbrella☂️ with you and enjoy! However, if we can not guarantee our standard level due to the weather we will reschedule the shooting.

If the photographer is available, add-on time is charged at a rate of $150 USD per 30 mins. You will pay the extra charge online later. The photographer cannot accept cash payments.

Do not worry. We understand that things change, especially on holidays! You get a full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before the shoot. No shows will not be entitled to any refund.

More than 48 hours – 90% refund

Less than 48 hours – no refund will be issued but we will give you a Captourist discount voucher to use for a new booking.

Feel free to wear whatever you want, just enjoy the experience and have fun!

If you want some ideas, you may want to consider wearing clothes that complement the other people in your photograph, or the surroundings. Some people prefer to wear loosely similar style clothing, but it’s completely up to you.

We will send you a link to your online gallery within five business days.

We include a high resolution (3300 by 2200px) download link with along with the online, sharable photo gallery. If you have a specific size requirement for a special project, please let us know when you book! Please note that a small fee may apply for extra-special photo size requirements.

Photos in your online gallery and high resolution link are provided in JPEG format. So you can print them or share them however you want. Please note that to protect the work of our photographers, under no circumstances are we able to provide RAW format files.

You have the rights to use the photos for personal use. Once you download them you can print them, share them or gift them as souvenirs with friends and family. We would like to showcase your photos in our portfolio, but if your prefer to keep them private, just let us know and we will never post anything publicly. Your photographer retains the copyright.

You will receive a link to a gallery for you to chose the amount of photos included in your package (Your photographer will previously remove any photos with funny faces, closed eyes, and improper lighting) Keep in mind that due to the nature of candid photography, not all shots that are taken will turn out as planned, but if you have any ‘must have’ shots, we would be more than happy to prioritize those shots so that that they end up in your final gallery.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver all the photos taken during the shoot. We prefer that the photographer could concentrate on the most successful photos and work in post-production only on those. Therefore, we will avoid working on images with closed eyes, grimaces, shaken and so on.

Our style is typically candid and natural with outdoor lighting. Photographers will provide only basic editing, such colour balance and cropping. Photoshopping or extensive editing is not included.

Our philosophy is based on respect. Any photos you see on our site are from customers who have told us ‘in writing’ that we can share their photos online.  Just let us know of your privacy preference when you fill in our feedback form after your shoot.
