Champs-Élysées

Champs-Élysées is the most famous avenue in Paris that depicts elegance, luxury and fashion thanks to the top designer boutiques you can find there. In the surrounding neighborhood, you’ll find a brief respite from intense crowds, a less touristy feel and a historical sight of the city. At the the Place de l’Etoilelies the mythic Arc de Triumph, impressive in scale, and a great backdrop for a picture. Long way the avenue, you’ll discover numerous of boutiques, restaurants and cafés, perfect to stop by and get something to recover you from an intense stroll. Here are a fews spots you’ll find:

Eiffel tower

A trip to Paris is not always complete if you don’t visit the Eiffel tower. From almost every part of Paris you can see the tower, but there is a perfect place to do so and have magical views: Trocadéro. Located on the hill of Chaillot –an amazing large marble square with houses theaters and a few museums from where you’ll have a spectacular view to the Eiffel tower across the river Seine.

Another perfect spot you’ll discover is Champ de Mars a large public green space next to the Eiffel tower in which French families have been going there for generations. Having a picnic here is a formidable option to wait until the tower lights turn on.

Montmartre

At the top of the hill you’ll find lofty views from the Sacré-Coeur basilica.

Luxemburg gardens

Luxemburg garden is located in the famous neighborhood of Latin Quarter, where Parisian cafés, peculiar book stores, eclectic restaurants and vibrant stylish shops give a bohemian charm.

This Park is one of the most popular in the city. With its tree-lined paths, fragrant flowers, art, a large pond, romance and charm is matchless. The Parisians enjoy going there because they want to avoid crowds and rather spend a quiet time.

The park covers 55 acres of gardens it’s considered the largest park in Paris. So its design encourages to stroll and relax. At the north of the park you’ll find the Luxemburg Palace, built as a royal residency, nowadays the meeting place for the French Senate. In front of the Palace you will find an octagonal pond where you can rent model boats and sail them on the water.

Notre-Dame

A Cathedral with impressive frontage details. Notre-Dame is a medieval Catholic cathedral on the île de la Cité. Is widely known one of the best examples of French Gothic architecture. This Cathedral offers incredible panoramic views from the city that we consider one of the best. You will enjoy the surroundings strolling around the bulding because there are many things to do; such as stop by the Jean XXIII garden, eat a traditional ice cream of Saint Louis’Island at Berthillon. Walking on Rue Chanoinnesse where there is  one of the oldest restaurants established in 1594 “Aux Vieux Paris”, reach the Saint Michel fountain and of course enjoy the amazing views that  the Seine river offers of the Cathedral.
