10 Things You Must Do In Barcelona

esEspañol

Barcelona, Barcelona. The city that never ceases to surprise us.

If you ever decide that your heart belongs there infinitely, or realistically just for a few days, not to worry, that’s what I’m here for. I will tell you now 10 things that you must do, so that by the end of your stay you and I can connect completely through complete bliss, isn’t that what you want? For us to become best friends? If it isn’t, please lie to me, please don’t break my heart.

SO, jokes aside, let me preach for a sec. I hope you like cycling, because it will come useful to you.

10 Things You Must Do In Barcelona

Cultural Visit.

You have got to do your cultural visit my friend, and what better place to start off then the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia? Yes, you know what I’m talking about, the Roman Catholic church designed by Gaudí which immense beauty will mind boggle you. It is located in Carrer de Mallorca, 401, and opens from 9am until 20:00pm. Take a look, let your eyes have some fun.

Check out the Camp Nou.

So, anyone here into football? Not American football, I mean soccer guys, keep up. Well if you must know, even if you’re not into sports as I’m not really myself. Surprising, right? I look great. Anyway, you should totally check out the Camp Nou—Spain’s largest stadium—to experience the locker rooms, tunnel, and team museum, and get a completely unique experience. The players may be gone, but the adrenaline and anticipation still linger in the air. And also, they do say, never meet your idols. Right? Are you with me? You’re with me. Cool thanks. Ok, moving on.

Enjoy Great Tapas

I’m sorry, but I’m hungry, famished. Where can I find these tapas that are meant to be so great? La Barra de Carles Abellan is well known for tapas. Go enjoy it brothers!

More Tapas & Cañas.

I’m still hungry, so…. Will you excuse me, I need a second helping. Bar Cañete here we go! I’m listing this after La Barra de Carles Abellan, because it’s better to go to this place for a Spanish dinner (10p.m) to not be surrounded by tourists, you feel me?

Time for a Cocktail.

I want a drink. To Rubí Bar we go! Carrer dels Banys Vells, 6. Gorgeous bar, great cocktails, attractive people. Check it out.

Let’s go to the Zoo.

Let’s go see catalan animals! Let’s go to the zoo. In Parc de la Ciutadella

Barcelona 08003.

Theme Park

PortAventura Parc, literally the most amazing theme park, it deserves a visit!

 Visit Magical Sites.

Make your way to the top of Montjuïc, a hill housing the majestic, neo-Baroque National Palace. The Magic Fountain water show, a beautiful scene.

Montserrat Monastery.

Check out the Montserrat Monastery.

Flamenco!

Last but not least, you have got to watch a Flamenco show at the Palacio del Flamenco. I mean I’m sorry to say this, but you have to, like really.
