With Captourist to book a professional photographer for your client is really simple, to get started, we invite you to go destinations page for the city in which your client would like the photo tour, choose their favourite photographer, fill out the photographer’s inquiry form with your WEDDING PLANNER CODE and details to check availability and give your client a magical adventure!

Planning a photoshoot for a client
How do I book a photoshoot for a client?
To book a session, go to “Book Now”. Remember to enter your Travel Advisor’s code and complete the form with your client’s contact information It will take you about 3 minutes to complete. You will receive a confirmation email with the photoshoot information, your client will recieve a confirmation email as well.
How long in advance can my client book a photoshoot with me?
We suggest you to book at least two weeks in advance. We can try to accommodate last minute bookings, but in this case, we cannot guarantee the photographer of your client’s choice.
Please drop us a note if you are short in time as we might still be able to fit you in as a last minute job 😉
How many people can book a shoot together?
It can be a solo wanderer, a couple or a whole big family! Keep in mind that to ensure a minimum number of photos for each person you must book the 60 minutes package in case your group exceeds the 5 people. If you have 10 or more people in your group we suggest you to book the two hours package. If you have a long list of must have shots email us for customized photoshoots.
Can my client choose the photographer of their like?
Of course! When you have chosen your favourite photographer and fill the form. Our Captourist team will send you an email confirming the availability of your photographer selected.
I have already booked for my client, what happens next?
You will receive an e-mail with a link to our suggested routes for you to help your client to choose the location(s) they would like the shoot.
Your client’s assigned Travel Concierge will contact them to continue planning their photoshoot and will provide support to them until they receive their images.
