3.- The expiry date (on the gift cards) indicate the last booking date, not photo tour date.
4.- Captourist is not responsible for any loss or damage to the gift card.
5.- Captourist deserves the right to refuse to honor, to suspend, or deactivate a gift card where we suspect the card was obtained fraudulently, in violation of this agreement, or in violation of applicable laws or other applicable terms and conditions in Captourist.
